Exclamation Points!!!!!!

I wrote an email the other day and every sentence ended in an exclamation point. Thankfully, I noticed it but a chill ran down my spine! "I am turning into a little ditzy thing that cannot complete a sentence without thinking that what I am writing is EXCITING, EARTH SHATTERING, LIKE, TOTALLY OUT THERE!" Help! And I read some of my old posts and I've got exclamation points everywhere! And I use more than one!!!!! It's a bad sign! I will try to cure myself of this weakness I have for exclamation points!
